The city of Milan is located in the western part of the Lombardy and is bathed from small rivers, the Lambro, the Olona, the Seveso, and from several channels: Large Ship, Ship Pavian, Martesana Ship. It is found to 25 km to east of the Ticino river, to 25 km to the west of the Adda, to 35 km to north of the Po and 50 km to south of the lake of Como and the Swiss border.
